How Do I choose the Right Hair Stylist?

How Far in Advance Should I Book Your Services For My Wedding or Event?

As soon as you have your date booked. Hair stylists book well in advance – sometimes up to two years - and destination weddings require advanced planning, especially in hotspots like Queenstown, London, Tuscany, Santorini and Lake Como. When you’ve found a stylist you love, don’t hesitate!

Can You Travel to My Wedding Venue or Event Location?

Absolutely. This will be discussed as part of your bespoke wedding package.

Can I Customize My Hairstyle and Makeup Look, or Do You Have Specific Styles to Choose From?

Tina is known for glam waves and sleek, timeless styles, however every look is unique to you, your event, your dress and your accoutrements. You can bring ideas and inspiration, or describe your vision and Tina will happily create it.

How Many People Can You Accommodate For Bridal Parties?

Tina can accommodate up to 7 people. The bride, bridesmaids, mothers and other guests can be included as desired.

Can You Work With Different Hair Textures and Lengths?

Yes absolutely. Tina has extensive experience working on all hair textures, lengths and cuts, and is confident creating styles for each and every person.

How Long Does it Typically Take to Complete Hairstyling For the Bride on the Wedding Day?

This of course depends on the style, preparation and condition of the hair on the day. Generally, allow an hour and 15 minutes for the bride’s hair to be completed.

Can You Assist with Hair Accessories and Veil Placement?

Of course! Booking a trial is recommended to ensure placement of any adornments like veils or clips works with your chosen hair style.

Do You Offer Touch-up Services Throughout the Event?

Yes, Tina can be on-hand to ensure every last hair is in place for every aspect of your event – this service is not available with all packages, so confirm this with Tina when booking.

What happens if there are unexpected delays on the wedding day? Tina is an experienced stylist who has worked in styling for over a decade. She is accustomed to working in tight timeframes and if there is an unexpected delay, she will do her best to get your schedule back on track and minimise flow-on. It’s best to allow 60 minutes for each person’s hair to be completed and slightly more for the bride.

How Do You Handle Emergencies or Last-minute Changes to the hair Style on the Wedding Day?

You deserve to feel stunning on your wedding day and this is Tina’s ultimate goal. She will work tirelessly to create your new vision and comes prepared with all the tools that might be needed for any look.
